Technically a “melomel”, our raspberry blossom mead is honey co-fermented with raspberries. To make this mead extra special, the honey has been collected from hives where bees recently have pollinated raspberry crops! Like our Butterfly Blossom mead, a gentle sweetening allows for full appreciation of the delicate floral characteristics of this melomel.
