You want hoppy? This is your beer! Generous amounts of domestically grown hops are used in four separate hop additions, including a dry hop addition, to create this American Style India Pale Ale. Some specialty malts used for brewing, including some caramel malts, keeps things in balance with a nice, slightly sweet malt backbone. Great with spicy foods or just by itself.
