Battlefield Series Wines
The Battle of Gettysburg, fought July 1, 2 and 3, 1863 is described as the turning point of the American Civil War. The fierce three-day battle saw the largest number of casualties of the four-year war. Common, unwavering traits lived in both Confederacy and Union soldiers. Courage, Honor, Valor and Duty sustained the armies throughout the awe-inspiring battles. Mount Hope Estate & Winery is proud to pay tribute to those who carried these qualities onto the hallowed grounds of Gettysburg with our Battlefield Series of Native Wines.
